Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 02, 2026
At DailyBachat (accessible via our website and mobile application), your financial privacy is our highest priority. Because we believe your budgeting files and transaction history are private, our application is designed under an offline-first architecture. This policy details how we operate and protect your records.
1. Data Storage & Local SQLite Files
Unlike traditional financial applications, DailyBachat does not maintain or host a remote server to store your daily logs, earnings, or expenses.
- Your ledger inputs are saved directly into a sandboxed SQLite database file located in your mobile device's protected directories.
- No member of our team has the ability to view, query, or audit your personal expense registers.
- If you uninstall the application from your device, all local records will be deleted permanently, unless a backup has been previously configured.
2. Optional Encrypted Cloud Backup
DailyBachat offers a cloud backup helper that connects to your private Google Drive account.
If activated by the user, the application encrypts the local database file and transfers it directly to a secure, isolated folder in your private Google Drive. We do not have access to your Google password, nor do we host the backup files on our own servers. You retain complete ownership and control over your cloud backups.
3. Device Permissions & Purpose
To facilitate the application's ledger tools, DailyBachat may request the following permissions on your device:
- Storage/Files Access: Used to export PDF invoices to your device storage, download ledger reports, and load local database files for restoration.
- Camera/Gallery: Optional access, used solely if you decide to upload a custom business logo or profile avatar to be printed on your PDF client invoices.
- Network Connection: Used to check for app updates and sync the encrypted database backup with your Google Drive.
4. Third-Party Web Analytics
Our website uses basic, privacy-preserving analytical tools (such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to track generic usage behavior (e.g. page view counts, button clicks, operating systems). This helps us improve our website performance. These web tools do not track or read your mobile device ledger data.
5. Contact Information
