Welcome to DailyBachat. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the DailyBachat website and mobile application. By downloading the application or navigating our site, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

1. License & Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use DailyBachat on your personal mobile devices for individual budgeting, personal finance tracking, group bill splitting, and professional invoicing activities. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the mobile application.

2. Data Maintenance & User Responsibility

Because DailyBachat is an offline-first ledger book:

• You are solely responsible for securing the device containing the database files.
• We do not guarantee the recovery of any lost transaction histories resulting from device damage, app uninstallation, cache clear, or system failure.
• We highly encourage users to perform routine encrypted backups using the integrated Google Drive helper tool to avoid data loss.

3. Invoice Template Usage & Compliance

The PDF invoices and bills generated inside DailyBachat are created based entirely on inputs provided by you (the user).

You agree to ensure that all financial numbers, client designations, tax computations, and business identification details (like GSTIN or PAN) inputted into the invoices are accurate, lawful, and compliant with local tax directives. DailyBachat is not a tax advisor and holds no liability for client billing errors or audit discrepancies.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyBachat, its developers (Technosolz), and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the application. This includes, without limitation, financial loss, database corruption, or system outages.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make updates, the revised date at the top of this page will be updated. Your continued use of the application following updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
